BLOG (2024)
It turns out to be quite a difficult task to write any kind of book based on past events and personal memories, without a place to off-load all those memories which are not related to the current story.
While writing our main story we are affected by what happens around us in everyday life such as wars, meeting people, reading books, watching movies and much, much more.
A blog is a nice place to off-load these side stories and it has turned out to reduce the risk of running into "the writers block".
Some of the side stories written while working on my book(s), presented on the root (main) page of this website, are collected here, in no order at all.
Some are public, others are hidden behind a ladder of log-ins, for members only.
Please, feel free to read on.
But remember, it is all at your own risk.

Homo narrans
– It struck me as I listened to those two men that a truer nomination (name) for our species than Homo sapiens might be Homo narrans, the storytelling person. What differentiates us from animals is the fact that we can listen to other people’s dreams, fears, joys, sorrows, desires and defeats – and they in turn can listen to ours.

Human beings love to tell stories, true or not. Maybe it all started at a bonfire, during early stone age, as the members of the clan gathered at dusk.
Who has not been to such a scout camp with a bonfire and enjoyed the warmth and the strong feeling of togetherness, while the shadows grow all around, and the wolfs are hauling in the surrounding woods?
Who's Behind the Screen?
Have you heard the story about Rob and Robin, two robots, chatting with each other on a dating-site.
Neither of them told the other that they where non-human individuals.
Both presented a photograph of a young and beautiful human being. Neither of them admitted that they used misleading "market information".
